Region IV AAA Info

DATE: Saturday, February 18th, 2017

LOCATION: Rod Oldham Athletic Center, Parkersburg South High School

WEIGH – INS: 9:00 AM

SCRATCH MEETING: 10:00 AM

TIMES: Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM
1st round will begin at 11:00 AM
2 mats will be used (Breaks will be taken if necessary)

QUALIFIERS: The top 4 wrestlers in each weight class will qualify for the WV AAA State Tournament

ADMISSION: Adults- $6.00, Students- $5.00

OFFICIALS: Woody Burns, Jeremy Callen, and Mike Miller

PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS: (7)
Cabell Midland
Huntington
Hurricane
Parkersburg
Parkersburg South
Ripley
Spring Valley

Probably because everybody knows there is going to be some tight matches happening at Region 4.
The state tournament qualification process needs to be improved first and foremost.
