The state tournament qualification process needs to be improved first and foremost.

Clay was in a Atv accident during the summer and had to be life flighted to Morgantown. Unfortunately due to the injuries suffered to his neck he will not be on the mat this year.

I am sorry to hear about this. His wrestling background (strong neck) might have saved his life. I hope all is well.
