Comments: Ranked 17 deep. Regions 2 is looking for 1 good man. Region 3 is looking for 2 good men. Region 1 has six. Four qualify for state. Region 4 also has six. Four qualify for state. Note: Hoover JV Athon Means holds head to head wins over at least four of these ranked wrestlers. He would be at least 12th. If a JV could enter the region, he would qualify for state based on the results of the season thus far. As long as we have the current “regional take 4” set up and JV beating the state's best, we will never have the best wrestlers making it to the state tournament. Let's appreciate the WSAZ even more.
